South Fork Panther Sports Banquet We are looking forward to celebrating with all of the South Fork Panthers at the annual Banquet Tuesday night, February 3, 2009. The Banquet would be held at The Village Inn in Clemmons beginning at 6:30 p.m. You will need to bring soft drinks and beverages for your family. The South Fork Panthers will furnish, Pizza, Cups and Ice. We will present exciting new trophies to all of our football players and cheerleaders, so please be sure to attend! As always, we will be conducting early registration at the banquet. For your convenience, I am attaching the necessary registration forms. It would be most helpful if you could complete these forms and bring them to the banquet. Each year the Board of Directors reviews the amount of the registration fee relative to the anticipated expenses of the organization. The Board has not completed the review for the 2009 season; however, the Board has decided to make last season’s rates applicable to everyone who registers at the Banquet. Registrations after the Banquet may be subject to rate increases as determined by the Board. Effective through next Tuesday, the rates will be $125.00 per child for Flag Football and $175.00 per child for all other levels. We will continue to offer the multi-child discount as in previous years. All fees will be payable by cash or debit/credit cards only. We regret we can not accept personal checks. I hope that you will take the opportunity to register your child at the Banquet. Early registration is beneficial to both you and the organization. You gain the benefit of securing your child’s place on the team and “locking in” last season’s rate. The Panthers benefit by the receipt of much needed funds to purchase necessary equipment and uniforms for the upcoming season. The “timing” of your child’s registration means a lot to the organization at this time of the year and is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to having a great time with you on Tuesday night!
